Thank you for choosing Andrew Gaines Aesthetics for your brow and body waxing needs. Let’s go over a few housekeeping rules before you book your appointment. I do not require a booking deposit, at this time, to secure your appointment. I extend this courtesy because I want to make booking with me easy, BUT, if you know that you are habitually late and never on time, I am not the service provider for you. Every appointment slot is valuable & your ability to be on time helps the flow of the day for you, for me, and for other clientele. It ensures that your service is not rushed and is completed carefully and expectations are met. When a client no-shows, cancels last minute, or doesn't call at all, that can have a negative impact on the days schedule. All I ask is a simple courtesy of 6-12 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I reserve the right to block you from making future appointments if you cannot keep the appointments that YOU schedule. Also, my suite space is in a shared building with other service providers, including a massage therapist, so at this time, please do not bring small children or extra guest to your appointment. I want to respect the shared space of my other suite mates and maintain a quiet environment for our clients to be able to relax and enjoy their services.Business Hours
